Picking boxes
The capacity, expressed in boxes, of the picking location.
Background shelf
It is the measure of the distance between the ends of the rails of shelves. Standard size: 800mm (for stacker “wigth”) or 1000mm (for stacker “lentgh”). Pallets “pool” are 800*1200mm.
Miniload
The Mini Load warehouses or ACC (automated warehouse for boxes or half pallets) apply the principle of “merchandise man” cargo units located on the shelves, are handled automatically by a stacker crane that approaches the operator’s station.
